If you experience any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior, please report it immediately. Our Trust & Safety Team will take swift action.
What Should You Report?
- 1. Harassment/Abuse: Offensive language, threats, or inappropriate gestures during video calls.
- 2. Prank Scanning: Repeated scanning by someone just to disturb you (Spamming).
- 3. Marketing Spam: Sales agents scanning your code to sell products.
- 4. Vandalism: QRBELL stickers pasted on public property or inappropriate places.
Report Incident Form
How We Take Action
Once you submit a report, our Trust & Safety Team (India Tax Info Pvt. Ltd.) will:
- Investigate: We check server logs, IP addresses, and call frequency.
- Block: We permanently block the IP Address or Device ID. They can never scan your code again.
- Legal Support: In severe cases, we preserve digital evidence to help you file a police complaint.
